LOW-KEY LOUD

Marketing that blows up

Service 04

The system that runs the business.

ERP has a bad name because most of it is bought, not built. A generic system forces your business to work the way the software expects. We do it the other way round.

All services
What we build

The work, specifically.

01

Inventory and stock

What you have, where it is, what is reserved and what needs reordering. Live, and the same number on every screen.

02

Orders and fulfilment

From order in to dispatched, with the status visible to everyone who needs it and nobody chasing a WhatsApp thread for an update.

03

Production and job queues

Work in progress, capacity, who is on what, and what is late. We run our own production queue this way for RELIC.

04

Reporting that gets read

The five numbers that decide the week, on one screen, correct. Not a forty-tab export nobody opens.

Included

What comes with it.

Not add-ons quoted separately once you have already committed. This is what the work means when we say we do it.

  • A single source of truth, so finance and operations stop disagreeing about numbers
  • Roles and approvals, with an audit trail on anything that moves money or stock
  • Integrations with what you already run: accounting, payments, shipping, WhatsApp
  • Bulk import so your existing data comes with you
  • Exports, because your accountant will ask for a spreadsheet and that is fine
  • Built for the phone as well as the desk, because half of this happens on a floor
  • Hosted where you choose, with backups you can restore from
How it runs

From first call to handover.

01

Map the operation

We walk the actual process, including the parts that happen on paper and in chat.

02

Find the leaks

Where data is re-entered, where things get lost, where the delay actually is.

03

Build the spine

The core object your business revolves around, first. Everything else hangs off it.

04

Roll out module by module

One team, one module, in use and useful before the next one starts.

05

Support the change

The software is the easy half. We stay close while people change how they work.

Fit check

This is for you if.

If none of these sound like you, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether this is the right piece of work.

  • Stock on the shelf and stock in the sheet stopped matching months ago
  • Order status lives in one head, and that person is on leave
  • You looked at an off-the-shelf ERP and the implementation quote was the real cost
  • Your team re-enters the same data into three systems every day
FAQ

ERP & Internal Systems, answered.

Is custom really cheaper than buying an ERP?

Sometimes, sometimes not. Licences look cheap until you add implementation, per-seat costs for five years, and the workarounds for the twenty percent that never fits. We will do that comparison with you honestly, and if buying is right we will say so.

Can you integrate with Tally or our accounting software?

Usually yes, either through an API or a structured import and export. We scope integrations explicitly rather than promising them vaguely, because that is where these projects normally go wrong.

What happens if we outgrow it?

It is your codebase and your database. It grows when you pay for it to grow, with us or with anyone else. There is no vendor holding your operations hostage.
